Summer is fast approaching and I just realised I need a beach body.  I used to ping back into shape but the closer to 40 I get the harder it becomes.  Having just come back from the Vivamayr I learnt new tricks, including a new way of eating. This is how I go about my morning breakfast, give it a go for yourself and let me know what you think after a few days!

  1. I start the day with a hot water and lemon to flush out my system. The ideal breakfast for me is mashed avocado on rye bread or sourdough.
  2. Add on a large tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil, Himalayan salt ( my new favourite thing on everything!…) and fresh chillies.

Also I love a fruit smoothie in the morning as an alternative, my favourite is red berries, apple juice, banana and of course avocado with a little bit of Manuka honey, the perfect way to start your day.
